Orders are processed within 3 business days, not including weekends and public holidays. We will notify you notify you by email when an order has been shipped. We will contact you if there is an unforeseeable delay.
International customers are welcome to order from our site with a $25 flat rate shipping fee, this will be added to your order total. We ship all parcels with Australia Post, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that are charged by your country. This will need to be paid for your parcel to be released and delivered.
We want to make sure you are happy with your order so We allow returns on full price items within 7 days of parcel delivery.
The garments must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached to receive a credit note, exchange or refund.
We accept returns on SALE items, but will be eligible for exchange or credit note only.
Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email when your return, refund or exchange is complete.
Shipping charges for returns/ exchanges are not refunded or credited unless there is a fault in the merchandise.

A return satchel with your name and address on it so we can send the exchange to you.
We cannot accept returns on International orders unless the customer agrees to cover all additional shipping expenses.
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will then require you to return the faulty item and postage receipt to us. We will refund, repair or replace the faulty item. Please note that due to the screen printing process on all fabrics they have small unique differences to the shade and tone of the print. This is not considered faulty.
