ORDER PROCESSING
For orders placed before 12pm AEDT, we endeavour to process and ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. We will notify you if there is an unforeseeable delay.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon dispatch, you will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these confirmation emails, please contact us.
International customers are responsible for all duties and customs that are charged by your country. This will need to be paid for your parcel to be released and delivered.
We gladly accept returns on full-price paid items within 7 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original condition, unworn, unused and packaging it arrived in.
Your return must be lodged and returned within 7 days from date of merchandise delivered. All returns are the customers responsibility.
- Full-price items can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery, including those purchased using first order and welcome discount code. Only 1 code can be used per purchase.
- Full-price with promotional code is used on full priced items, these will be valid for exchange or credit only. If full price item not lodged for return within the 7 days of delivery, will be eligible for exchange or credit only. Only 1 code can be used per purchase.
- Sale items or flash/promotional items using a code or automatic discount can be returned for online store credit only within 7 days of merchandise delivery. Only 1 code can be used per purchase.
- Credit and promotional codes - only 1 code, whether promotional or store credit can be used per purchase.

International Orders
We accept returns as above on international orders - the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately and we will replace the faulty item without delay. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging. Faulty items will be replaced after original item has been inspected by our internal team.
Please note that due to the hand screen printing process of our custom designed fabrics some pieces may have small unique differences, including shade and tone of the print. This is not considered faulty. We don’t use filters on our product photography and capture all colours as they are. With any photographic image, some colours look slightly different in person compared to an image. This can all depend on sunlight, direction of sun, overcast and even the colour of the locations ground surfaces. We make our own fabrics and colours in house. Every colour has precise ratios of primary colours to equal the colour you have chosen. We don't alter colour ratios for any specific print colour that we are selling or printing. Please also take note of the models height on each product page as the general length will appear shorter on relevant garments. This is not considered a fault.
