We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your Harla purchase so we offer refunds, exchange or credit note on full price items within 7 days of merchandise delivery. We do not refund initial shipping charges for returns unless the item is faulty. If you choose to exchange your full priced item we will pay for the re-shipping of your new chosen piece.
We accept returns on SALE items, but will be eligible for exchange only. Return and re-shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
No forms to fill out, just contact us with your request and we'll provide a return address.
We accept returns on International orders but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Please contact us immediately and we will refund or replace the faulty item. Please note that due to the hand screen printing process of our custom designed fabrics some pieces may have small unique differences to the shade and tone of the print. This is not considered faulty.
