We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your Harla purchase so we allow returns for refund or exchange on full price items minus shipping costs within 7 days of parcel delivery.

The garments must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped; unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

We accept returns on SALE items, but will be eligible for exchange only. Please include a self addressed Australia Post satchel in with your return.

No forms to fill out, just contact us with your request and we'll provide a return address. 

International Orders
We accept returns on International orders but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately and we will refund or replace the faulty item. Please note that due to the hand screen printing process of our custom designed fabrics some pieces may have small unique differences to the shade and tone of the print. This is not considered faulty.
