We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your Harla purchase so we offer refunds, exchange or credit note on full price items within 7 days of merchandise delivery. If a discount code is used on full price items, they are eligible for exchange or credit note only.  

We accept returns on SALE items, but will be eligible for exchange or credit only. Return charges are the customers responsibility. 

No forms to fill out, just contact us with your request and we'll provide a return address. 

International Orders
We accept returns on International orders but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately and we will replace the faulty item without delay. Please note that due to the hand screen printing process of our custom designed fabrics some pieces may have small unique differences, including shade and tone of the print. This is not considered faulty. We don’t use filters for our product photography and try to capture all colours as accurately as possible.
