Returns

We gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase delivery, as long as the items are in their original condition, tags attached, unworn and wrapped in packaging it arrived in. Returns are customer’s responsibility, unless the item is deemed faulty.

To lodge returns, please contact us with your order number and we’ll provide you with return address details.

• Full price paid items can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange. Full price items purchased with 10% email sign up code are also eligible for refund. Returns must be lodged within 10 days of order delivery.
  
• On sale/ discount code/ store credit purchases can be returned for online store credit only.
  
• Final Sale items as marked are not eligible for return
• Credit and promotional codes are not redeemable for cash. 
• Gift cards - are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash 
• Cancelling orders - once items have been dispatched, including digital gift cards, they are not eligible for cancellation.
• Free return shipping is offered for full price paid items where credit is chosen over refund for item/s you wish to return.
• Free standard shipping is offered once per order payment $160 and over
• Shipping costs incurred to the customer are non-refundable

International Orders
We accept returns as above on international orders - the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately and we will repair or replace once the item has been inspected by our internal team. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging, tags attached, unwashed and unworn.

Please note that due to the hand screen printing process of our custom designed fabric prints may have slight unique differences, including colour shade and tone with each print run. We describe each according to the main primary dye colour used in production. This is not considered faulty. 

With any photographic image, colours may look slightly different in person compared to imagery on screen. This can be due to many factors including location backdrop, sunlight and/ or shade. This is not considered faulty.

Please also take note of the models height on each product page as the general length will appear shorter on relevant garments. This is not considered a fault.
