We accept returns within 10 days of purchase delivery. Items must be in their original condition, tags attached, unworn, unwashed, free from perfume & makeup marks and packaging it arrived in. Returns are customer’s responsibility, unless item is faulty.
Returns can be lodged via our Returns Portal. If you're having trouble with the portal, please contact us. We monitor our contact page from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week.
- Full-price paid items can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange. Full price items purchased with 10% email sign up code are also eligible for refund
- Free return shipping is provided where credit is chosen over eligible refunds
