ORDER PROCESSING
For orders placed before 1pm AEDT, we endeavour to process and ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. We will notify you if there is an unforeseeable delay.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon dispatch, you will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these confirmation emails, please contact us

International customers are responsible for all duties and customs that are charged by your country. This will need to be paid for your parcel to be released and delivered.

We offer refunds, exchange or credit on full price items within 7 days of merchandise delivery to the time you post. 7 days includes weekends and public holidays. If a discount, promo code or credit is used on full price items, they are eligible for credit only (valid 12 months). If you'd like the choice of a refund on full price items, do not use any discount, promo or credit code for your purchase.

Any full price items you wish to return but not posted within the required 7 days, will be eligible for exchange or credit only up to 14 days of merchandise delivery.

Full price items ordered in by request or purchased on backorder are eligible for credit or exchange only.

We accept returns on all SALE or discounted items but eligible for exchange or credit only. Return charges are the customers responsibility. 

No forms to fill out, just contact us with your request and we'll provide a return address. 

International Orders
We accept returns as above on International orders but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately and we will replace the faulty item without delay. Please note that due to the hand screen printing process of our custom designed fabrics some pieces may have small unique differences, including shade and tone of the print. This is not considered faulty. We don’t use filters on our product photography and capture all colours as they are. With any photographic image, some colours look slightly different in person compared to an image. This can all depend on sunlight, direction of sun, overcast and even the colour of the locations ground surfaces. We make our own fabrics and create our own original colours in house. Every colour has precise ratios of primary colours to equal the colour you have chosen. We don't alter colour ratios for any specific print colour that we are selling or printing. Please also take note of the models height on each product page as the general length will appear shorter on relevant garments. This is not considered a fault.
